Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express (Germany only) or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Important notes specific to vapes:

  • All vape products contain lithium batteries and are classified as dangerous goods — this may affect delivery speed in some regions.
  • Age verification may be required upon delivery. If age cannot be confirmed, the order will be returned and refunded minus shipping costs.
  • Due to regulations, we may be unable to deliver to certain postcodes or states. You'll be notified and fully refunded if this applies to your order.

 

Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be kept in its original condition and packaging. If the product was damaged or became faulty through no fault of the customer, your right to return is still protected. Unpacking the product or checking its functionality does not void your eligibility for a refund.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

    • Fully equipped product with all original components
    • Proof of purchase from IGET Vapes (order confirmation or receipt)
    • Warranty card (where applicable)
    • A defect description report prepared by our support team

    Refunds will be processed within the timeframe set by applicable consumer legislation. Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking number sent to your email. Orders can sometimes experience delays due to high demand or courier issues. If your tracking shows no updates for more than 3 business days, contact our support team and we'll investigate it for you right away.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver on public holidays. Our courier partners operate on standard business days only. If your order is placed on or just before a public holiday, please allow an extra 1–2 business days for dispatch and delivery.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We deliver to most postcodes across the country. To confirm we deliver to your area, simply enter your postcode at checkout — if delivery isn't available, you'll be notified before payment. For rural or remote areas, extended delivery times may apply.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Yes! Next-day delivery is available on orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day. Next-day delivery may not be available for all postcodes.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Most of our deliveries do not require a signature and can be left in a safe place. However, for larger orders a signature may be required. If no one is home, the courier will leave a calling card with redelivery or collection instructions.
